To remove the borders (I was looking at http://swflhearingandbalance.com/community-and-abroad/) you need to tell WordPress to override theme’s default CSS rule.
To do so go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and try adding the following rule:
img, a img, p img {
border: 0 !important;
}
This should take out surrounding borders from all your images across the site.
Please let me know if this helps!
