I updated to the latest version of WordPress and I noticed that when editing images, I can no longer find the options for adding or removing borders (including changing the size of the border or the color). Where can I find this? It must still exist as images I’ve added borders to in the past still display them.

That option (and the option to add spacing) was removed in the 3.9 version. You now must use a combination of a class assigned to the images and a change to your stylesheet to accomplish what used to be a simple task.

In this case, the technically correct way to solve a problem has caused problems for the majority of people, who are not coders.
