Hi,

All images in the email arrived broken and not visible.
After many tests, seems it’s not from our server or hosting.

When I checked in the console all image of the email, the issue is “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()”

then it’s not showing the direct link of the image but something like this:
https://ci5.googleusercontent.com/proxy/hFgUV1zxiIthWdsTfnRFVwIFAxKTtwJg0MlM7_YfYdu8oLfHZuHOzdSzkv9ccKmaX1zbOEoK3iQgxpL5iJHvIZvHcFt1kgdkuwGHM7ZGt15ZZ3Ph1m2LzGE_pA=s0-d-e1-ft#https://xxxxxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/product.jpg

this requested URL sends a 404 error, but the part of the link after the hashtag (https://xxxxxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/product.jpg) is working properly.

The website is public, I disable the cache of WP Rocket also but still the same

Any idea about this annoying problem?

Gmail automatically configures images this way through proxy. It’s a security thing.

I can’t really make an educated guess at the issue you are facing without seeing the raw output from the email. It’s important that your emails are not arriving in spam as google will block those but based on what you are saying that isn’t the case.
