Dear @harleyltd,
Thanks for the topic.
We need additional information in order to investigate your issue.
1. Please let us know the version of the plugin you are using.
2. Provide us with the link to where the gallery is located.
3. Also, please provide us with a short video showing the images and their categories in the gallery from the Admin Dashboard, and then how those same images are displayed on the Front End, so we can better understand the case and help you as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you.

Here is a link to watch the video showing the image categories and also showing that when you click on a category, other photos also show up, even though they do not have that image category attached to them.

Also, I have 125 images in a gallery and it is not letting me add more images. Is that a setting or an error? Is it possible to increase that number?
How do I sort the image categories so they are in alphabetical order?

Dear @harleyltd,
Thanks for the reply.
I want to mention that the plugin doesn’t set any limitations – this seems to be a server-related issue. It might be due to server resource limits, such as PHP max_input_vars value, and/or others.
We recommend reaching out to your Hosting Provider and letting them know you’re dealing with a large number of images, so they can increase the necessary limits.
Regarding category sorting, unfortunately, with the current functionality of the plugin, sorting categories alphabetically is not possible. Currently, they are displayed based on their ID order, going from oldest to newest.
Regarding the filtration issue, please note that our development team needs additional information to further investigate your case. So please contact us via this form. Our customer care specialists will help you fix this as soon as possible.
For any future inquiries, please contact us directly through the form as well, since you are a Pro user and commercial products are not supported in these forums.
Thank you.
