And ofcourse, you can get support from us through a ticket even if you’re using Free version. So I would recommend you to create a ticket here so that we can investigate the issue further and resolve this as soon as possible.

Just went deeper into the issue and I found out that your plugin makes my site really slow. As per Google Page Speed tool, I went from a score of about 29 (with your plugin) to almost 90 (replacing it with another one).
There is an important gap you have to cover in order to make your solution competitive, useful and effective for the final user.

I noticed exactly the same issue with the standalone Image Comparison plugin you have also available. After the last update of that plugin (1.0.1 -> 1.2.0) existing comparisons stopped working. See also: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/update-1-2-0-damages-all-existing-image-comparisons/
