Image crop

I have been running the nimble portfolio for the past several years. I was holding off on updating WordPress for fear of it messing with nimble portfolio. I just updated WordPress and now all the thumbnail croppings are off on my page: http://www.leppdesign.com/portfolio/ . Originally, I made some edits to the plugin files so I’m wondering if that has something to do with it?
