Image disappeared

It looks like that image does not exist in your uploads directory. Can you see it in the media library?

Check the URL when you have that image selected in the library, does it exactly match /wp-content/uploads/2014/04/services-img4.jpg ?

I’m sorry, the code looks ok to me, that image simply is not there
