Image display issue

    I am never sure where to direct these questions.

    I am trying to have an image display as a background to a title.

    The site is using the Tesserent2 Theme which has some template blocks available for BB for easy site development. I have 2 pages that are basically the same one displays the image fine the other won’t display it. from what I can see the settings for the two areas I am talking about are identical except for the actual content.

    Any thoughts?
