Hello @mec022,
I visited the page you linked using the Safari browser, and found a Draw Attention image at the bottom. Were you able to resolve this issue?
What browser are you using? Am I missing a different image on the page?
Thanks, Natalie G

Uuups sorry
I’ve just received an update notice to 1.9.5.
The problem has gone, the image is visible again.
Thanks a lot

Hi Natalie
The error has come back again and I don’t know why. I had no other updates, nothing changed, but the image is not visible anymore, only the animated pointer.
Could you have a look again?
Thanks
Cornel
@mec022 Are you using Autoptimize or Litespeed Cache?
@mec022 Could you send us a message at [email protected], we’ll be able to answer questions there quicker.
You can also try to see if this is being caused by a plugin conflict, I’d recommend installing the troubleshooting plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/plugin-detective/
It has a process to help you quickly identify which plugin might be causing the problem. Once you start Plugin Detective, just mark Draw Attention and Plugin Detective as a “required plugin” for the test. Plugin Detective will deactivate all the other plugins on your site and you can confirm that Draw Attention is working properly.

It seems to be a problem with W3 Total Cache. Do you have any recommendation for a cache plugin, because Autoptimize and Litespeed Cache are also causing conflicts?
Best regards
Cornel
@mec022 I tried to recreate the issue on my site, but all my Draw Attention images still appeared with W3 Total Cache activated.
Could you make sure you’re using the latest versions of both those plugins?
Also try adding these scripts to exclude from minifying. Do this by going to W3 Total Cache > Minify > Advanced section > Never minify the following JS files and enter this:
/wp-content/plugins/draw-attention-pro/public/assets/js/featherlight.min.js,
/wp-content/plugins/draw-attention-pro/public/assets/js/leaflet.js,
/wp-content/plugins/draw-attention-pro/public/assets/js/leaflet.responsive.popup-min.js,
/wp-content/plugins/draw-attention-pro/public/assets/js/public.js
Or, make sure the theme or other plugins aren’t lazy loading. In W3 Total Cache, do this by going to General Settings > User Experience section > disable Lazy Load Images.
Let me know if those helped.
I also notice that the Draw Attention image at the bottom of this page looks like it’s working: https://qashqade.com/product/, are you seeing that as well?
Hello everybody,
β
Our developer just let me know that our next update will include a workaround for the optimization plugins issue, just make sure to update and you shouldn’t need to disable anymore Autoptimize/LiteSpeed Cache/SG Cache settings.

Thanks. With the new update the image appears including W3 Total Cache activated.
Thanks for your efforts
