    Hi,
    Love this security plugin!

I’m having an odd problem. I’m using the current version of WordPress with the 2015 theme. When I upload images to the uploads folder and attach them to a post/comment or use them as the featured image on a static front page, they initially image properly but dropout due to a forbidden error after an hour or so.

Folder and image permissions are set correctly, uploads work flawlessly, and the source indicates proper paths.

When I turn All in One off, the images immediately reappear. I turned All in One back On and turned off the hotlinks prevention and the prevent front end text and image copy and the images links are still working ok so far.

Is this a known issue? I can add the hotlink prevention etc. to htaccess without using All in One if it is.

    Thanks for the help!

Can you provide a link to a page which demonstrates the issue so we can see for ourselves?

After reading your current support post, I just deactivated most of the Advanced features as well as several other features.

I can turn them all back On to demonstrate the issue.

Note: its a brand new subdirectory install with only 2 users and an extensive deny list in the site root along with the free Cloudflare CDN site service. I initially thought it was a Cloudflare cache issue but it doesn’t appear to be the case.

I’ll turn the All in One features back on in the morning and post a comment when the issue returns. Over night should also confirm it isn’t caused by a different service.

    Thanks for the response!

    Hi wpsolutions,
I systematically turned On features one by one and checked the site to confirm the specific feature that’s breaking links. Prevent Hotlinking is the problem. This may be occurring because I’m using Cloudflare on my site and in the WordPress app.

Note: Cloudflare is currently in development mode so site changes immediately take effect. This is likely why there was a several hour lag in broken linking when Cloudflare is activated to use CDN caches.
