I’ve noticed on 2 of my client websites that the Branda Plugin duplicates the login page background. It seems that every time the login page is loaded, the plugin duplicates the image. I deleted all the duplicates, selected a new background and loaded the login page twice on a different browser. When I check on the backend, there are two new copies of the image. I did notice that it only does it if in the back-end you set the image width / height for example to 87%. On auto, it doesn’t duplicate. And on fixed size, it only seems to do it once.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @iceshade

    Hope you are doing fine!

I performed the same steps on my lab site but was not able to reproduce the issue.

Could you proceed a plugin/theme conflict test to identify if there is any element in the site causing this behavior? Make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible. To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Branda and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.

You can also check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above.

Please, let know the results so we can provide additional assistance based on the findings.

    Kind regards

    Hi Branda Admins,
Would like to point out we’ve also just picked up the exact same issue after updating the plugin for a client’s website recently. We’ll have to leave the background image setting empty until the issue is resolved.

    Hi @slickdesignptyltd

We have meanwhile identified the issue as a bug and it’s already on the “fix list” so our developers are looking into it.

I don’t have ETA yet but it will be fixed with one of upcoming releases.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
