• My client have a weird issue.

On his wordpress admin panel when we add an image or we check out existing one we cannot modify them. By modifying i mean cropping, rotate and so on. Normally there is an <<edit picture>> button under the image. Now the button does not appear and we dont know if it worked at all. I made some research and it seems its an issue with the host. the client is hosted on our server. I would like to know what do i have to change and where to make it work. it is very important to the client and he have multiple wordpress website hosted with us and the problem appears on all of them.

    thanks!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
