Image Error, can´t update it

Hi, we have this image at cookie consent and we cannot find where that image is comming from (giving error and can´t select no to use image, or even uploading a file to it, so it doesn´t show like error image: https://i.imgur.com/iri7VHO.jpg

Can you please help us to find where that imagen comes from and how to update it or just dón use it, as we don´t need to hace an image there?
