Image File Upload stuck

QSM is working great except for the part where user have to upload an image file. It’s getting uploaded on media but it’s stuck on a loading gif at the quiz page. And on results page it’s giving a click to view link that leads nowhere/reloads. I guess it’s because of generating all those thumbnails and resized versions of images at backend. I have checked on FTP, it’s creating 5 different sizes of the uploaded photo. But I don’t need them. All I want actual photo to upload and give a valid link on results. [N.B: All other file types are working fine. And image files sizes less than 200kb seems to work too.]

Yes definitely file size was less than the size I have fixed in the form. Size was maxed at 15MB and the form was getting stuck at size more than 200KB. And as I mentioned earlier photos were getting uploaded and generating 5 different sizes also (WordPress default thumbnails and all). But the form stuck at loading animation. On same form input I have modified to accept pdf along with photos and it was accepting pdf without any issue. [For more troubleshooting, if I submit the form ignoring that unending loading animation, form gets submitted after taking longer than usual time. But on results page it doesn’t give that link towards the image file.]
N.B: As I was using this form for some urgent graphics design contest, I had removed that file accepting with a short answer input where people will submit cloud storage link for that photo. But I really hope you guys can provide a way around. Thank you very much for the support.
