Image Gallery formatting not Changing

Hi there,

I’m having an issue inserting image galleries using Elementor. Whenever I do this I always get the same result which is a tiled gallery view of the products in various sizes and the “image size” and “columns” fields do not change anything when I adjust them.

Please let me know if you have any solutions.
