I seem to have the same exact issue.
It seems to be only related to the image gallery block. All other image related blocks work fine. I would appreciate some help, too!

I have the same problem. I upload my photos for an image gallery, the Load More button is displayed in the dashboard but dissapears in the front end. I disabled other plugins and reinstalled the plugin but nothing seems to work.
