Image gallery plugin for automatic uploads by visitors?

I’ve got a kind of gallery idea that I want to add to this one site that I’m working on. I want it be a kind of interactive gallery where there is some kind of submission form on the website where people can ‘upload’ pictures to the site (an or just email them to me). Then if I approve of the picture I would like for it to be automatically added to the gallery. Is there anything like this?
