Image Hover effects don’t work

I’ve installed Image Hover Effects pro plugin and of the 3 effects I’ve tried, only one works correctly. The first image (Adult Formation) is supposed to have text on hover, the 3rd image (Religious Education), should have an image on the front end, but it doesn’t show up. This is the effect I would like to use.
How can I fix these problems?
