Image hover effects not working

Hi,

we purchased the developers license and on the first website we are trying to use the plugin the image hover effects doesn’t work. When we select an image we gat a colored background instead of the image and no color is set.

I do see it is the same color as the theme main color.
Is there a problem with the plugin working together with our theme?
