    Your upgrade and demo sites are showing a critical error, and also when I have added a few images to the tool (prior to publishing) the plugin glitches, images get ridiculously large and the screen freezes with same error:

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    I have uninstalled, re-installed, started a new image hover draft from scratch, and it happens every time. I don’t think it’s a “me” thing, I think your site is having an issue and therefore it’s glitching the plugin. Please assist. Thanks!

    Just a bit more information – when I finally got 4/5 images to save as a short code and added to an existing page, it broke the page (on “preview mode” thankfully)

    Plugin is definitely not working properly.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I see that your site link is now working for the upgrade, however the saved short codes I had were still glitching. I will delete all previous codes and start from scratch and let you know.

    OK, so here’s the latest. I uploaded a preview mode of 4/5 images and it was working fairly well, except it went to a vertical layout instead of horizontal, but perhaps I didn’t save those changes.

    So I went back to edit the layout and add the 5th image, then it went to the following error in the plugin settings window:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    I entered preview mode during this time and the effect on my site was a crashed layout just like before.

    Yes, I’ve tried many, however the one I’d like to use (x2) is Effect 6 2nd.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked a few effects, and it’s working perfectly on my end. Could you please share a screenshot?
    Alternatively, if you can record a short video using any online video recorder (such as Loom or Vidyard), it would help me investigate the issue more effectively.

    OK I’m working on the video option. I was able to get the 2nd shortcode to work with 5/5 images perfectly. So I cloned that one to redo the 1st shortcode again, and when I get to 4/5 images, it’s great, but as soon as I go to add the 5th, it breaks, but ONLY on the new shortcode (whether made fresh, or cloned from the working 5/5 one) – the 10 images are different, so I’m wondering if it’s the 10th image file itself causing the crash? I will try one more time with a different 5th image to see…

    To give more context, the 4/5 works perfectly, and as soon as I change the image for the 5th box, it disappears from the preview window in your plugin settings section, then everything gets resized to ridiculous image sizes (vertically) and the same error appears.
