Hello @loano1
Thanx for using our plugin
If you go to settings page and set it image size as max as shown here
You will get following results automatically and you need to understand that AMP is for mobile screens and not Desktop screens so this is what will happen when you set image to max size , see here
There is no need for any Custom CSS as this CSS style is added to all images , Look here
Therefore from all the above discussion it is clear that images in AMP are responsive we just need to set them to max size or any custom size so that all your target devise screens are Covered and they stretch to the entire width of Post
If you need any more Help please let me know 🙂

Hi @azmak,
Thanks for your reply! If it really was planned that the images stretch to the entire width of the post, than this would be a point for the GitHub issues list, because at the moment they do not. I checked a few different websites which I found in this forum, all the same.
Please look at my image here
The left side shows a different plugin which I’m currently using, on the right side your AMP for WP plugin.
Please let me know what your think.
Regards,
Loano
@loano1 Thanx for pointing it out
But have you done this step and Then you have checked it right ?
As of now we only have a feature to customize your Featured image Size
Either way We are gonna release a Big Update Today so please let me know if this Issue Persists still in it , then ill surely create a Github Issue 🙂

Hi @azmak,
Yes, no matter if the image is square or not, the result will be the same. I’ll keep you updated on this.
Best,
Loano
@loano1 Thanx
I’ll share this issue with other Plugin Developers too and we will try to get it resolved in either this update or in the Next Update
Have a great Day 🙂
