Hi, go to wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / Core panel and make sure you are using a different separator for thousand (“Thousands Separator” field) and decimal (“Decimal Separator” field) places.

There are some other JavaScript errors on your site, but fixing this might just make the file uploader work.

    I still have problems http://prntscr.com/jxp0v9

There are still 10 or more errors in Chrome Developer Console on your site, the 2 most important seem to be

    1. “Uncaught DOMException: Failed to set the ‘volume’ property on ‘HTMLMediaElement’: The volume provided (5) is outside the range [0, 1].”

This is related to the disco ball i think, but i cannot tell for sure, definitely, this is not a part of WPAdverts.

    2. “wp-util.min.js?ver=4.9.6:formatted:4 Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined”, this is related to WPAdverts but i cannot tell where is this error coming from as all files seem to be loaded correctly.

If fixing #1 will not automatically fix this, you can try disabling plugins one by one and see if the problem goes away if not then you can also try switching a theme to some different theme for a while to check if the theme is not causing an issue.

I do not understand, I already had this plugin on my website and it worked perfectly and now I install it again and I can not use it

I cannot tell. I am looking at the page source and there are multiple JavaScript error you would need to get rid of first.

There is also the error with the incorrect characters used for thousands and decimal places back.

If you had the site working previously then most likely something was changed since then, maybe some plugin installed? If so then try disabling and see if it helps.

the characters for decimals and thousands are fine there is no error and all the plugins are disabled and the problem continues, not understanding why the imager does not work

The Chrome Developer Console still shows an error to me, see attached screenshot https://pasteboard.co/HrEq8Ed.png

If you do not see it maybe there is some caching enabled which shows me the old site version?

if I see it and what would be the solution to this problem?

As i wrote in the first message

I already told him that I have verified the decimals and everything is fine http://prntscr.com/k05dlj

    Thread Starter demente1987

    (@demente1987)

I can see that the problem has no solution

Ok, but the JavaScript error was still displaying on site so most likely there was some caching issue.

    The remaining problem is

wp-util.min.js?ver=4.9.6:formatted:4 Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined

I cannot tell where is it coming from as this is basically an error in one of default WP libraries.

You can try the solutions i suggested in the second message, if this will not help then at this point i am afraid i do not know how to help you, sorry.

If the theme you are using is available somewhere for download i can try installing and replicating the problem on my dev site?

    Thread Starter demente1987

    (@demente1987)

Can I send you my theme so you can check it yourself?

    Plugin Author Greg Winiarski

    (@gwin)

If this is not against the theme license you can send me a download link using the contact form here https://wpadverts.com/contact/ i will check it.
