I see the map, I see the image, I see how they’re linked, and I see the cursor change as I go very slowly over it. I also see that the image is displaying at 825×793, so your map is not valid for the image as displayed.
In my HTML and in the “Media Library” it is 1430×1375. So why would it be displaying at 825×793?

Yes, it was a theme issue. I was able to get ahold of tech support at the theme company and get the issue resolved.
