Image Map on K2 Header

Hi,

Can anyone please give me a hint on how I could make my header into an image map?

WP2.8, K2

Basically I want to replace my current header with this – http://www.sublimeoblivion.com/px/ultimate_dream.jpg – and make it so that the subscribe button at the bottom-right links straight to the subscription options.
