Image Map/hyperlinking header image

Hi,

I have created buttons on my header image but need a heads-up on where to put image map code in wordpress?

I already have the code below, which links the whole image to my hompeage.

But how am i able to map out specific co-ordinates in css for the buttons?

i have looked on google, on these forums, everywhere and can’t seem to find a solution.

p.s. if anyone can help me get rid of the space between my header and content that would be great!
