Image margin

Hi

When I send out a newsletter which has a summary of a post, the lead image appears correctly, with a small margin between it and the text that flows around it.

However, the client requested that we move to sending the full text of the post out in the newsletters. Since changing this setting, there is now no margin between the lead image and the text. What do I need to edit, or what setting do I need to modify, to change this?
