image navigation is sliding itself?

Hey there, please have a look at this phenomenon. Pretty strange hey?
Both arrows exhibit the same behaviour when the cursor hovers or comes close.

Is there a way to make this undone? This used to wor, did not use new code just updated the CMS and other plugins.
