image not found

Moved wp from home machine to live server now on some images I’m getting a message that a image not found. When the image browser was working (it’s now stopped working, posted separate thread about this)
“the requested image cannot be loaded please try again later”
Now that the image browser no longer works the same images throw up a page not found 404 error.
Slideshow just shows a blank page for the image.
I’ve verified that the image is uploaded and in correct directory. Everything worked fine on dev machine. Using nextgen v 2.0.33.
Unable to save from other options page as this generates a page not found 404 error (posted separately about this too).
Help much appreciated.
