Can you please clarify what you see when trying to upload images to the site? Are you seeing some kind of error message? If so, what does the message say?

Based on my observation, it seems that the Image CDN functionality of Jetpack is presently deactivated on your website. It might have been turned on previously, and that could be the reason why you are encountering that error message while attempting to access that image.
You can do that by navigating to Jetpack → Settings, under the Performance tab look for the section called Performance and Speed and make sure the Speed up image load times option is enabled: https://d.pr/i/kOW0bW
Thanks for confirming that. The example image link you shared initially is loading fine for me with no errors, but images on our CDN are delivered from the server closest to you geographically, so it may be loading from a different server for you. Can you confirm what country you’re located in so we can rule out any geographical blocks? Thanks!
I checked the link from India and the images are showing up properly for me. My colleagues likely checked the page from Americas and for them too the image was showing up correctly.

I suspect that this might be caused by your current browser or network environment.
Could you try using different browsers and devices? Can you also try using different networks, such as tethering to your mobile network? If you have any VPN service, you could also try to check if your ISP or Network administrator has any blocks in place.
