Image Not Resizing

    The images run through imsanity, and they say they have been resized. But on the page they are not resized they are still huge. When I look in the image gallery they are the size I want them to be, and if I download them off my site they are the correct size. Is this a plugin issue, or something going on with woo/my theme?

    Could you clarify exactly what size you are trying to make them be, what size they are in the gallery, when you download them, and then when they are “on the page”?

    And what images are we looking at? Are they on the home page, or somewhere else?

    Thats an example.

    I want them to fall within the limit of 700 x 700. this image was originally 2000 pixels in height. So when I go into my image gallery in my dashboard it is sized correctly to 252 x 700, but on the product page its a grainy 2000 pixels tall, and when I right click and download it downloads and displays as it should at 252 x 700

    Any help appreciated

    That looks like a plugin or theme issue. I’m afraid there isn’t much I know to help there. Could just be CSS, but I’m honestly not sure.

    I’ve worked out the issue, the theme requires the images to be of an even size so 700 x 700 rather than 252 x 700 Now I need to work out how to now go back and make all the images a square without having to photoshop and re-upload 600 images!
