    Good evening,

I have just tried to enable cloud offload at 21:42 (40 minutes ago). But only appears to have done 20 images. The log doesnt update and constantly just sits on “started at X amount”.

I have to keep pressing CTRL+F5 then hitting offload to cloud again for it to offload another 10 or so. Which means i need to do this around 2,540 times until they are all complete. Is there known conflicts with any plugins at all? JetPack maybe or something else that causes the log to not update (and disappear after i refresh)

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @cnlselectronics

    Thank you for using Optimole!

While there isn’t a specific limit on the number of images you can offload, it’s important to note that the speed of the offloading process may vary based on the quantity of images. For more detailed information about this process, please refer to our documentation at https://docs.optimole.com/article/1967-store-your-images-in-optimole-cloud.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Is there a reason that our Woocommerce catalogue images have now changed from 300×300 images to 150×150? WordPress is still set to 300×300 and I added code to our functions file to show 300×300 but they are still very pixelated and show a smaller size for the ones thats offloaded?

If I clear the Optimole CSS/JS Cache. They return as being sharp again but then appear to go pixelated after a period of time

Could I also ask. Regardless of the package that you have, if you hit the limit of monthly visits. Does that completely block any images from showing on your website? or only stop the CDN? If we hit say 5,000 visits. Would our website now have 0 images visible?

Can you share the url where the issue is present?

Regarding your latest question, If you hit the 5k CDN limit then all the images will be redirected to the original images, but if you have offloaded the images, then you will have to rollback them first.

Here is one URL with screenshots. You will see how pixelated they are and the link is showing a 149×149 image. Woocommerce is set to use 300px. functions.php is set to force 300 also in the catalogue but these keep reverting back to 149 for some reason. The settings I have on in Optimole settings are:

    Image Handling Enabled
    Scale Images Enabled
    Error Diagnosis Enabled
    Retina Quality Enabled
    Lazy Load Generic Placeholder Enabled
    image scaling enabled
    Images offloaded to cloud

the image on the product page is great and how it should be. Some images show as clear on catalog and some not. They were all clear after clearing the CSS/JS cache earlier but gradually go back to pixelated. maybe we need to clear image cache once offloading is completed?

    Hi @cnlselectronics,

I have checked the page shared and all the images are clear on my end, there is no blurryness in them.

I have also checked the size and can see that they are being served at 300*300, see here – https://prnt.sc/57QWF_Fd8U7Z

    Thank you!
