Image optimisation can’t pull optimised images

    We have a problem with the Image Optimisation process where images are sent for optimisation but can’t be pulled from the server. This process has been frozen for weeks now.

    The relevant error logs are:
    🗜️ Cron pull started
    🗜️ Pulling image: https://lga33-hyb-worker.quic.cloud/dl/d_3525041/64f6b7d85f7747.57275674.jpg
    (… irrelevant entries)
    🗜️ ❌ failed to pull image: cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms

    I have confirmed that the firewall is not the issue (temporarily disabling all firewalls) and that we can reach lga33-hyb-worker.quic.cloud via ping. Loading the image URL in a web browser or via wget also fails with a similar error (timeout).

    This is now the third time that the image optimisation process has failed on this website, after cleaning up unfinished data and regenerating the cloud key. The image optimisation process never gets past 25% before failing and getting stuck. Note that we have upgraded our Quic.Cloud account with additional quota, fast queue and Jumbo group to try to get past this, to no avail.

    the node lga33-hyb-worker.quic.cloud has been taken offline , that’s why your current image optm queue is stuck , please try re-detect nodes , clean up and re-send , it should work by then.
