Image optimisation not starting

    I got image optimisation working fine on one website but after updating the plugin on another couple of sites and setting the image optimisation settings there to be identical to the working site, the Initialise Optimisation button on those two other sites does nothing. Page simply refreshes with no credits shown etc.

    Hi,

    You say after update , could you please try downgrade to previous and see how it goes ?

    v2.9.8.7 acts no differently to v2.9.9.2
    v1.9.1.1 says “Failed to communicate with LiteSpeed IAPI server: Plugin v2.9.6+ needed”

    Do you see “reset IAPI key” in image optimization page ? if so , please click it and see if it returns any error.

    Nope, that option’s not visible. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, btw, no change.
