Image Optimization Not Working after Update

    It appears after the new major update, image optimization is not working. Images don’t optimize automatically like they used to and manual attempts result in the following error:
    Cloud Error: Please try after 4m 54s for service img_optm-new_req.

    If I wait until the try after time passes and try again, it just returns a similar error with the a different time – anything ranging from a few seconds to 5 minutes.

    I’m using V 3.0.8.6 which is the latest version as of this topic creation and seeing the identical behavior on multiple sites.

    Hi,

    Have you enabled Auto Request Cron ? if that so , the cron will send request automatically , so you will repeatedly see this message again if you then manually press it.

    Yes auto request cron is enabled. I’m thinking that this was a transient issue server-side at Quic because I had multiple sites not working and they all just started working on their own without any changes on my side about an hour ago.
