It looks like the process is stalling during the WebP conversion phase. Specifically, the optimizer is identifying that a WebP version of your images already exists and is skipping them, but it seems to be getting stuck in a loop rather than moving on to the next item in the queue.
To get things moving again, I recommend trying the following steps:
- Disable WebP Temporarily: To confirm if this is the culprit, try disabling the ‘Convert to WebP’ feature in the settings and restart the bulk optimization. If it completes the 30% hurdle, we know the issue is strictly isolated to the WebP generation logic.
- Check for Conflicts: Are you using a caching plugin (like SG Optimizer) that also handles WebP? Having two tools trying to manage these files simultaneously could cause this behavior.

Hello. I have the same problem. I have deactivated webp conversion. And the conversion is stuck. No other image optimization plugins activated.
