    Hi Litespeed Cache team,

    I am currently utilizing your Litespeed plugin to optimize over 400 images on my website. While everything else seems to be working fine, I have encountered an issue where my optimization process consistently gets stuck at 14%, despite attempting various troubleshooting steps such as cleaning up unfinished data, re-optimizing, and following all the procedures provided in the support documentation.

    I was wondering if you could assist me in resolving this problem as it has been persistent despite my efforts.

    Hi qtwrk,

    I followed your suggestion and waited, but the process is still stuck at 14%. All the images have been requested, optimized, and pulled, but the image data is not being collected. When I try to gather the image data, nothing happens and it remains at 14%. Could you please assist me?
