Image path in WordPress

    I have installed wp in a sub folder on my main site.When i upload an image from theme options, It shows on admin side with path

    wp-content/uploads/2014/09/fix.jpg
    While on site it has different path like(general path is below)

    /wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2014/02/person4.jpg
    I checked there is no sites folder in uploads and also the date format is wrong

    How can i fix it?
