• I just installed your plugin as I would like to move all images from subfolders to a flat structure (all images in the ‘uoloads’ folder. Initially it did no see any of the many images that are already in the Uploads folder but it found them after I manually hit the Sync button. Not sure why it didn’t find these images on install.

Then I tried moving an image from one folder to another. When I do this the image seems to move find but then it disappears from the page that the image was on. When I look at the code (in Divi theme) I notice that the URL/path of the image has changed from:

    http://www.charitymania.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/founders-picture-annie.jpg
    to
    D:WebSitesCharityMania.Site.Prodwp-contentuploads20155about-us-family-collage.jpg

Any idea why this is happening? I’m on a Windows server.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

It is because you are on a Windows server and the plugin is failing to recognize it.

So is there any way to make it work or is this plugin just not compatible with Windows server?

Could you go to the Media Library Folders Support page on your site, to the System Information tab. Highlight, copy and paste the system information into an email and send it to me at [email protected].
