That page seems to be going to a 404 not found page. The site does not appear to be built on WordPress, so it will not be using a WordPress plugin.

Can you describe the functionality you are looking for?

select any size – and that is the image editor i want … or something similar

I am not aware of an existing WordPress plugin that does that, you would probably need to get it developed as a custom project.
