at the moment, that’s not possible. Buttons are positioned relatively to the image, so css won’t help. In the near future I can add some JS variables that will allow to adjust the position. I don’t want to add another set of options to the plugin, as I don’t think a lot of people would need this one, so one would be able to adjust it by adding their own piece of JS either using a plugin or their own theme.

in today’s release I added advanced settings tab to the plugin that should allow you to adjust the position of the hover panel.
