Hi @celia1985
Sorry to hear you are having this problem.
To make sure we are on the same page, is it on WordPress > Media Library?
If so, can you please, go to WordPress > Media Library, click on the right button of the mouse > Inspect and open the browser console, take a screenshot and share using Google drive or any service.
To find more about browser console https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console

Lazy load displays a blank image from the Smashballoon Facebook Feed plugin.
The URL used is https://www.fietseninzuidafrika.nl/wp-content/plugins/custom-facebook-feed/assets/img/placeholder.png which is a blank.
I have tried to skip this by excluding the class .cff-header-hero but that did not work.
What I do see is that without enabling lazy load, the URL is coming from y CDN hosted by OVH:
https://scontent-bru2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/243782825_102610955528085_2982732020185400145_n.jpg?_nc_cat=106&ccb=1-5&_nc_sid=1091cb&_nc_eui2=AeFt9bTpcyuR7QhE8EstbD_9MCvxYnA1B3swK_FicDUHe10Zyg1OViaFzG8O4Yk-a-2anqyuj5YI4DkbSlXFHm7j&_nc_ohc=wsIGODUDOekAX8rYDut&_nc_ht=scontent-bru2-1.xx&edm=AJdBtusEAAAA&oh=f8424e58487a8b9b435e5f388b13b8ee&oe=6164FDAB
Could you indicate what is causing the problem that if I enable lazy load, with or without excluding the class of the image, it shows the blank .png?
Currently I have disabled lazy loading.
Thanks!

Hi @snubbeke,
Please try enabling the “Native Lazyload” setting under Smush > Lazyload page and see whether that helps.
If you still face issues even after that then it would be better you open a new ticket with us. Trying to troubleshoot in an existing ticket of another user wouldn’t be ideal and can cause miscommunication.

Interesting. Enabled Native Lazyload with the class still to be excluded = no effect but when I removed the class with only Native Lazyload it seems to work.
Now I only have to find out why excluding the class did not work.
Thanks anyway! I will add stars for great support!
Hello @snubbeke !
Great to hear! If you continue having issues, please open a new ticket so we can continue assisting you 🙂
I’ll mark this one as resolved for now.
Kind regards,
Pawel
