IMAGE PROBLEM

Hi all

Im new in WP and looking help

I use ASTRA and Spectra.

When i use heading , how can i use a text like this:

eg site createtor

logos

corporation id

I try but although i see it in processing, in site shows it plane

And second upload a photo in a container , change dimensions to 400 x 400, in procesing shows ok but on site looks smaller. Please help
