• I have migrated the products and it works perfectly. The problem is that there are products whose images have not been migrated. It seems as if Shopify is blocking them because they stop downloading, leaving the following products without images.

    What could be the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you disable the Disable background processing option, the images are imported in the background and you can see a message at the top of your dashboard, confirming that the images are still being imported. Otherwise, they’ll go to “Failed Images” section. You can import images manually from there

    Could you clarify the behavior you’re seeing with images, if you’re encountering any issues with either use case I mentioned above? Were they stuck for several days after product migration?
