    Hi!,

    I am getting the following error message when try to pull optimized images from quiccloud:

    Image pull process failure: Failed to pull image [url] https://sin97-hyb-worker.quic.cloud/dl/d_588597/67909f2001d300.33747895.jpg

    Report ID i think is LBHSXEYU (before send it) or SGQVBUXZ (after send it)

    We are sorry for the issues you have.
    Is this happening with all images?
    Looking over your .htaccess content it seems like there are some lines from iTheme Security. I don’t see the plugin installed and used. You can remove the lines between: “START iThemes Security” and “END iThemes Security”. But FIRST make a backup for .htaccess file. Security plugins can block QC requests marking them as security issues.
    Also please make sure QC ips are not blocked on server or at provider. These IP can be found here: https://www.quic.cloud/ips
