Image pulled zero

    I am having a serious problem with LiteSpeed Cache. Images pulled are zero Although I have requested many images. I am using this plugin from a month and until now none of the images has been pulled. I have clean up finish data Many timeS but don’t work. Please help me

    Hi,

    Please try:

    1. clean up unfinished images.

    2. update status.

    3. send request and wait for few minutes.

    4. does it stuck on “Images notified to pull: xxx groups (xxxx images)” or something else ?

    5. if it stuck on step 4 , do you see a “pull image” button for manual pull ?

    @qtwrk thanks for the reply.
    I did
    1. Clear unfinished images
    2. Updated the status
    3. Send image request for optimization
    4. Waited for about 8 minutes.
    And still there is zero images pulled.
    Then i..
    5. Reload optimization summery and found the following errors.

    Message from LiteSpeed image server: Errors when handling your previous requests.

    And

    Images failed to notify= 7

    Hi,

    Please try destroy all , and then enable advance debug log with out server IPs and start to optimize again.

    Log should tell us more what’s going on under hood.
