At first – you chose the size of image not original but already reduced.
Please, check it:

At the second, quality is perceived normal.

and 400×565 said that it is reduced image.

Please clarify with screenshots how exactly do you see publication on your site? Maybe, the quality is bad at the time the page flipping or on the specific browsers?
