I have removed this image from our cache.
Please note that if you try to check to confirm if the images are removed from our system and you re-load the Site Accelerator specific URL (the one starting with i0), this will trigger a cache once more of the image to return.

Thanks for removing the image.
The image still appear in Google serp (we have asked Google to remove it), if someone visit its url the cache is triggered and the image is restored?

Google is likely caching the image. The URL image is no longer on our server:
https://i0.wp.com/www.sentieriselvaggi.it/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/assange.png
As long as it is removed from your server (which it looks like it is) we won’t re-add it to our CDN.
