Image sitemap doesn't generate properly

I get this error `This page contains the following errors:

error on line 5 at column 2829425: EntityRef: expecting ‘;’
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.`

What do I do? Downloaded ad re-installed the sitemap twice.
