    Almost everything is working as promised, thank you.

    Only thing I am having a problem with is the image size. In the post it only displays as the theme thumbnail size of 150 x 150.

    And the thumbnail is a link to the full size image in a new tab.

    How can I get it to display the full size image?

    The plugin uses built-in/core WP functionality for as much as possible, including images sizes. For the Featured Image, you can change the default size under the General Media settings. There you will find that the thumbnail size is set to 150×150, so you can change to whatever makes sense.
