Thumb size and CSS can be configured from plugin settings, Display tab.
For full picture display, you could add custom CSS in the picture template page (from plugin folder).

You could add custom CSS in template-picture.php from plugin folder (with FTP).
Save the new file as it resets on each plugin update.
